01 Mar An employee is displayed in red/orange font – what does that mean?
Red means that the jobber was only captured by the system, but not invited to jubbr.
Orange, on the other hand, means that the jobber was invited to complete the onboarding process, but the jobber has not completed it yet.

In your staff overview, it is possible that a jobber is displayed in red or orange font. This has the following meanings:
Red means that the jobber was only captured by the system, but not invited to jubbr. This happens if you do not activate the checkbox to “Send E-Mail” when you add the Jobber. If you want to invite the employee to Jubbr, you must click the envelope in the “Onboarding” column.
An orange-colored employee was invited to join the onboarding process on Jubbr. However, this employee has not yet completed the onboarding process. By clicking on the envelope, you can send a reminder to the employee with the request to complete the onboarding process.
