How i can edit an absence request?

Briefly
Absence requests are listed in your staff overview under “open cases – days off”. In the tab “Days off” you can approve, edit or reject the requests.

Instructions
To do this, first you need to call up your staff overview. When you list your employees, you’ll find the “open cases” column. Under “Days off”, you can check whether there are open days-off requests and edit them directly:

By clicking, you can edit the days-off request directly and approve, change or reject the absence of your employee:

In addition, open days-off requests are also displayed in the weekly schedule. Assignments affected by this absence have a red dashed frame in the weekly schedule. By clicking on the assignment field, you can edit the days-off request directly:
