Where do i see when my jobbers have checked-in and out?

Briefly
Go to the menu item “Check-in” and you will get a live overview of all transactions regarding check-in and check-out of your jobbers.

[av_hr class=’short’ height=’50’ shadow=’no-shadow’ position=’center’ custom_border=’av-border-thin’ custom_width=’50px’ custom_border_color=” custom_margin_top=’30px’ custom_margin_bottom=’30px’ icon_select=’yes’  icon=’ue808′]

Instructions
With the live overview you are always up to date. To check this, call up the menu item “Check-in” and you will get a detailed overview with all necessary data. You can see when jobbers have checked in and out, and can correct the times if necessary. The overview for a upcoming day looks like the following:

In addition, you can see at a glance whether a jobber is too late or if there is something to clarifiy. An example of a conspicuousness is a jobber who has missed his assignment completely or missed to check out. Even if a jobber checks in late and indicates his regular start time as a check-in, this will be marked as abnormality. If a jobber does not check out, the check-out will be automatically set to the assignments end time:

In this example, thomas mueller did not check-in or check-out his assignment. Claudia Kerner is late for her assignment – she did not check in yet .
Randy Götz checked-in his assignment at 2pm. The check-out is still pending.

If you want to edit the timings of any assignment, simply click on the times and edit them:
